Tourist tax
From April to September included, city ta is € 0.50 per night for each person over the age of 14 for a maximum period of one week. This tax is not included in the price lists below.

Extra and supplements
. Towels and bedsheets 12.00 €/person for each change requested. Prices per night include towels and bedsheets.
. Private parking available by reservation € 10.00/day.
. Baby cots (upon request).
. Payment transfer service (upon request).
. Pets are allowed with a supplement on the stay. A deposit may be requested at check in.
Discounts on prices per week
. For long stays of a month or more (August excluded), discounts are granted on the price list per week: June 35% on the price list; July 5% on the price list; September and low season 50% on the price list.

Check in after 2 pm / Check out by 10 am.
Schedules are flexible for business tourists (not in the * high season).
Lenght of stay
* High season: min. stay 7 nights – max. 28 nights; entry / exit from Saturday to Saturday.
** Medium season and *** low season: min. stay 1 night – max. 30 nights; free entry / exit.
Notes
. Utilities expenses (water, electricity and gas where present) must be added to the price per week. Customers will pay for actual consumption.
. The kitchen (dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, hob, dishwasher, etc.) must be left clean as on arrival at check out. Otherwise, € 35.00 will be charged as expenses for tidying up.
. Really high season: week of August 15th (please contact us for any information).
. High season: July and August.
. Medium season: June and September.
. Low season: all the other days if not specified (please check the closing periods).
. Smoking is prohibited inside.
